Extended Warranty
1. HUAWEI care – extended warranty is valid for one year (PC & Smart phone& Tablet) or two years (PC) from the expiry date of the standard warranty.
2. HUAWEI care – extended warranty can be acquired at the time of purchasing the new device or within 10 months from the date of purchase.
3. HUAWEI care – extended warranty is valid for specific set of HUAWEI devices which are officially released and sold by official stores in Iraq only and it is not applicable for all devices.
4. HUAWEI care – Extended Warranty prices are different based on the device model.
5. HUAWEI care – Extended Warranty can be purchased only one time per every device, based on SN number.
6. You can purchase HUAWEI care – Extended Warranty while you purchasing the new device or during 10 months from purchasing date as it is showed in the proof of purchase (invoice).
7. To buy HUAWEI care – Extended Warranty, the product must meet the standard conditions, the product is currently in-warranty status, appearance of the product must be intact, and all functions of the product are intact too. Meanwhile, it isn't injected, bent and it didn't be repaired or disassembled by third-party channel.
8. HUAWEI care – Extended Warranty does not cover lost units or damages caused on purpose by the end user.
9. HUAWEI care – Extended Warranty shall be void if the units were altered or repaired, or if any modifications were made to Software or Hardware by a party other than Authorized Service Center, or the serial number is deleted.
10. Customer can get benefits from this service (HUAWEI care – Extended Warranty) by visiting our authorized service center during the service period.
11. Damaged spare parts will be replaced with 100% original spare parts, considering that the damaged spare parts will be disposed of so that they cannot be returned.
12. HUAWEI Care – extended warranty will be activated automatically from purchasing date and no need to activate it manually, and it will be showed in HUAWEI Support App under Benefits or HUAWEI Support website under warranty period query after 24 Hours from purchasing time, if it is not appear, then please contact us using Live chat via Support App or Hotline 80070060.
13. HUAWEI Care – extended warranty can’t be transferred or used by any other device, it is bound your own device which you purchase it for, if you have a replaced request in the first 14 days from purchasing the new device, then the service products will transferred to the new replacement device, please contact the sales party who you purchase your product from.
14. HUAWEI Care – extended warranty can’t be replaced, transferred or refund, the only case that you can transfer your HUAWEI Care –extended warranty is mentioned in term No. 13.
15. Under no circumstances or conditions shall the HUAWEI care protection not exceed the value of the purchased unit; and the HUAWEI care program does not cover any indirect and/or consequential damages or losses in whatever type or form they were.
16. HUAWEI reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior consent.

Screen Protection
1. HUAWEI care for smart phones and tablets (Screen Protection) is valid for 1 Year protection with 1 time replacement which only cover the screens.
2. HUAWEI care for smart phones and tablets (Screen Protection) is applicable for the newly purchased devices only, and must be acquired at the time of purchasing the new device.
3. HUAWEI care for smart phones and tablets (Screen Protection) is valid of phones available for sale in Iraq only.
4. HUAWEI care for smart phones and tablets (Screen Protection) is available for specific set of HUAWEI devices and not eligible for all models.
5. HUAWEI care for smart phones and tablets prices differs based on the device model.
6. For this 1 year screen protection with 1 time replacement, customer can only have one replacement during the service period.
7. HUAWEI care protection does not cover lost units or damages caused on purpose by the end user.
8. HUAWEI care Program shall be void if the units were altered or repaired, or if modifications were made to Software or Hardware by a party other than Authorized Service Center, or the serial number is deleted.
9. Customer can get benefits from this service by visiting our authorized service center during the service period.

Accidental Damage Protection
1. HUAWEI Care for Watches (Accidental Damage Protection for Watch) is applicable for the newly purchased watches only, and must be acquired at the time of purchasing.
2. The HUAWEI Care for Watches (Accidental Damage Protection for Watch) is valid for the first year from the date of purchase which is indicated on the proof of purchase.
3. This program covers only HUAWEI Watches which are available for specific set of HUAWEI devices and not eligible for all models.
4. The HUAWEI Care for Watches (Accidental Damage Protection for Watch) is available for specific set of HUAWEI devices and not eligible for all models.
5. This protection covers replacement for the accidental damages incurred unintentionally to the screen, the mother board or back cover.
6. One year one time accidental protection covers replacement to the screen, the main board or back cover for one time during the first year from the date purchase.
7. This warranty does not cover watch straps, lost units or damages caused on purpose by the end user.
8. The defective unit along with the sales invoice must be brought or sent to the Authorized Service Centre, during normal working hours, by end user.
9. This protection service shall be void if the units were altered or repaired, or if modifications were made to Software or Hardware by a party other than Authorized Service Center, or the serial number is deleted.
10. Customer can get benefits from this service by visiting our authorized service center during the service period.
